Amplify Alliance (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website to share information about our nonprofit and fiscal sponsorship. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit amplify-alliance.org (this “Site”).
Scope of this Site
This Site is informational. We do not embed web forms that collect data through the pages themselves. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party trackers to serve ads to you based on your browsing on this Site.
Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to understand how visitors find and use the Site—for example: pages viewed, time on page, general geographic region (from IP-derived data), browser and device category, and referring website or source. We use these insights to improve our content and understand outreach.
When you visit the Site, Google may set or read cookies or use similar technologies (such as local storage or device identifiers) on your device. GA4 may process identifiers and usage data associated with your browser or device. Depending on your browser and settings, data may include or be derived from your IP address. We configure GA4 to use IP address anonymization (truncation) as offered by Google for this property.
Information collected through GA4 is processed by Google as described in Google’s documentation and policies. Google may process and store information on servers in the United States and other countries. Google may also use aggregated or de-identified data in accordance with its own policies.
You can read more in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics Terms. Google offers an optional browser add-on that can reduce what Google Analytics records in many browsers. You can also use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and other site data.
We do not use Google Analytics to build individual profiles for sale, and we do not merge GA4 data with direct marketing lists in the absence of a separate lawful basis and disclosure. We review Google Analytics settings (including data retention and advertising signals) periodically to align with how we use the Site.
Email you send us
If you contact us by email (for example using a mailto: link to
info@amplify-alliance.org), your message,
email address, and any attachments or content you provide are transmitted through your email provider
and ours. We use that information to respond to you and to operate our organization, unless a separate
agreement or law requires otherwise.
Server and hosting logs
Our hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as IP address, HTTP request, browser type, date and time, and response status. We use such logs for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and compliance with law. We do not use those logs for marketing or profiling unrelated to operating the Site.
Children
This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this Site for targeted marketing purposes.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information (for example, access, deletion, or opt-out of certain processing). Because we use Google Analytics, you may also exercise choices through Google’s tools and your browser settings as described above. To ask a question about this policy or our practices, contact us at the email below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes may be described here or on the homepage.
